MY TENTH RECIPE

This is my tenth recipe. And i s recipe is loved by all it is a simple side dish for most of the tiffin and evening snack item. This is a chutney recipe which is prepared by coconut that the  recipe is coconut chutney. This is very delicious and yummy and it is loved by all.

COCONUT CHUTNEY

before go into the lets know the ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

COCONUT - 1 CUP grated

FRIED GRAM DAL - 2 TABLESPOON

GREEN CHILLI - 2 NO

SMALL ONION - 2 NO

CURRY LEAVES - FEW

CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TABLESPOON chopped

SALT - AS REQUIRED

WATER - AS REQUIRED

TEMPERING

OIL - 1 TABLESPOON

MUSTARD - 1 TEASPOON

URAD DAL - 1 TEASPOON

RED CHILLI - 1 NO

ASAFOETIDA - 1 PINCH

CURRY LEAVES - FEW

PROCEDURE

take a mixie jar add coconut, fried gram dal, green chilli, small onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves, salt and add little bit of water, grind it to a fine coarse paste.

transfer it to a bowl and prepare the tempering and add it to the chutney.

now the delicious chutney is ready to serve.

it can be served with all type of tiffin items.
